Sugar coming from the granulated sugar silo goes info the mixer through the dosage
section and gets mixed here with a certain
amount of water. Sugar is pushed into the moulds from the loading section called loader-mixer. Sugar goes into the revolving cylinder mould which pass over weight regulator and then compressed by the pressing cam. It is then poured from beneath of the cylinder in cubic forms onto the belt in rows. Then the heads of the mould pins are cleaned by a wet rotating brush.
